Plan B – Individual Plan Option
- $99 Monthly
- Transactions: 100% Commission!
- $199 HomeSmart Royalty Fee
- $649 1st transaction side in month ($848 total)
- $349 Subsequent transaction sides in same month ($548 total)
- Transaction Fee Cap $12,000 (anniversary year)
Plan C – Team Plan
- $199 Monthly for Team Leader
- $99 Monthly for Team Members
- Transactions: 100% Commission!
- $199 HomeSmart Royalty Fee
- $349 Transaction fee ($548 total) per transaction side
- Transaction Fee Cap $12,000 Team Leader

Plan D – New Licensees/Mentorship Program
